Accounting Services & Support
To help you determine your requirements for accounting and payroll support or training, we are able to do an assessment at your company to evaluate your software requirements. We will recommend the best solution and demonstrate the software that we recommend to suit your needs, so that you are in the best position to evaluate if this is the correct solution for your company. Our team will install your new software and if necessary, liaise with your network/IT specialist. We will plan the "roll-out" to ensure that each department or staff member who is going to use the software is properly trained on the functionality of the software, pertaining to their job.
We usually recommend one-on-one Pastel training or Quickbooks training with each individual, as each person has specific requirements and usually needs to learn different parts of the program. We also offer classroom-style training courses, which are usually held at the client’s premises and involves a group of their staff who will all need to know the same segments of the software. Our training consultants are experienced in lecturing to groups and have excellent training skills.
We also get involved in setting up systems within the company to ensure that the accounts and/or payroll department is running efficiently and effectively, ensuring that management get the correct reports and information on time, allowing for accurate decision making. Thereafter, we are on hand to assist with any onsite Pastel support or Quickbooks support, or further training that is required. Sometimes a few months down the line, some staff members need more training on some of the advanced features such as report customisation.
Accounting & Bookkeeping Services
Our team of consultants are all qualified bookkeepers, and are highly experienced with accounting systems and are efficient and professional. We will liaise with the client’s auditor to ensure that at year end everything is in order to allow for a swift audit. Our service is flexible, so we call on clients according to their needs. Some clients require our accounting services weekly, some monthly. We process all VAT returns, and do the full accounting function, up to financial year end.

Data Conversions
We are able to convert your data - this includes the history of your transactions, from most other programs into the Pastel suite (Pastel Partner or Pastel Evolution) of products. We are also able to upgrade your Quickbooks company data to Pastel, including history of transactions.

Data Recovery and Data Fixes
There are very few instances where we are not able to recover your data. We have the tools to get into the programs and recover or fix most data problems.

Payroll Outsourcing
We offer a full payroll service to our client base. We process salaries and wages, email payslips and do the statutory returns for SARS. We also do IRP5’s at tax year end. This payroll service is great for companies who don’t have their own HR department.
